Examples of Client Engagements

1. Client is starting-up a chemical plant, but is facing process stability problems. There is a lack of process control and PID tuning competences in the organisation. Support is asked by the client to bring the chemical plant to optimal quality control and stable performance. The control loops are adjusted and tuned making optimal use of the DCS system. Also Instrument engineers have been instructed about how to tune their plant PID loops.

2. Several engagements have been arranged on delivering process control expertise for unique (one of a kind) manufacturing processes. By being able to think through with client experts the process design and dynamic behaviour, distinct improvements on process control and automation were achieved during final commissioning and start-up. Also extensive support given to the Operations organisation.

3. Client wants to improve its organisation for delivering projects flawlessly. Support is given to build organisational awareness on project excellence. Workshops have been arranged and facilitated, in close conjunction with senior management. The organisation has gained an increased understanding and motivation on how to execute projects, to work as a team and to be able to define their own critical work processes for quality assurance.

4. A waste-to-energy plant is under construction, but commissioning has not yet started. Support is given to develop a commissioning execution plan and schedule. A quality control system is set-up for record keeping, punch listing and red lining of key documents. Set-up of a formal handover to end customer. On site vendor support was defined timely and incorporated in overall commissioning schedule.

5. Programme management responsibility for flawless delivery was assigned in a large LNG project. Implementation strategy was developed and managed during the Engineering and Procurement stage of the project. Responsibility for team organisation and budget.
